them. I am using Infolinks for some time now on my few websites belonging to different categories which could not get approved by the Google Adsense and let me tell you that Infolinks is a very well substitute for adsense. The approval is instant and very easy. Also it seems like Infolinks really does not care about the contents of the site for advertisements. I mean often approves spam or illegal websites.
Infolinks offers 4 kinds of advertisement namely
In text advertisement
This is the main advertisement technique of infolniks. It works by selecting high cpm keywords from your website page e.g. educational loan and makes it a link using java script. When you hover over the link a tiny window will appear just above the keyword showing the advertisement.
In Fold advertisement
In fold advertisement is based on your organic traffic i.e. the traffic that comes from search engines like Google, Bing or Yahoo. For every keyword that any search engine sends traffic to your website is captured by the Infolinks and a related ad is displayed at the bottom of the page as a image slider.Based on experience this advertisement can generate good revenue if your website is Search Engine Optimised for high niche keywords.
In Tag Advertisement
In this case Infolinks reads the contents of you websites and posts a set of links with some related keywords relating to your website This list of keywords is displayed as two rows either at the bottom or at the top of the page as a tag. It can also improve your earnings.
In Frame Advertisement
In this type of advertisement Infolonk's real time ad engine looks up for the space on the left and right sides of your website and if it founds a significant amount of margin that is sufficient to display an ad banner. It shows the advertisement banners on both sides relating to your website and the category you chose for the site.
Overall the Infolinks is a good alternative for adsense and can generate good revenue. But it worked perfectly if you have a content with rich keywords optimised for search engines. Not every keyword pays high eCPM. Some keywords are high paying up to $50 like "Legal Contract office". So it is highly recommended that you choose a high paying niche keywords.
